UMPC completed the acquisition of Marhen Lithium S.A (Marhen) in December 2022, with Marhen completing its acquisition of the ownership and exploration rights to the Tati, Tati I and Tati II regions in Catamarca, Argentina in January 2023.

During 2023 Marhen has achieved the following milestones:
1.⁠ ⁠Installed a temporary camp and completed all non-invasive studies.

2.⁠ ⁠Received Environmental Impact Assessment approval from the Argentinian authorities, enabling invasive studies (including drilling) to commence.

3.The drilling campaign started in April of 2024.
